- Government Actions:Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order
On October 6, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed negligently or in breach of contract and acted in an untrustworthy, financially irresponsible or otherwise incompetent way demonstrating they were unqualified to act under the license by DLI. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to fully comply with all requests for information from DLI in the timeframe required; notify DLI within 15 days if found to be a judgment debtor; ensure all contracts and change orders are in writing and only accept payments in accordance with the terms in the contracts. The business also agreed to pay $4,000.00 of a $10,000.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business remains in compliance with the terms of the Consent Order. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
