- Additional Info:T.R. I. has been the subject of an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance entered into with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the courts on February 21,2003. The Commonwealth of Kentucky alleges that T.R.I.(respondent) through it's employees, agents, or others in active concert or participation with respondent, engaged in the following unlawful acts or practices: Made or caused to be made unsolicitated telephone solicitations to Kentucky residential telephone numbers on the current publication of the Kentucky Zero Call list. Made or caused to be made unsolicited telephone solicitations to Kentucky residential telephone numbers without having first filed the appropriate bond and registration materials. T.R.I. denies the Commonwealth's allegations of wrongdoing and liability, and has agreed to enter the Assurance of Voluntary Compliance solely for the reason of avoiding the expenditure of the substantial time, energy, legal fees and resources that would be required to respond to the Commonwealth's allegations. This was signed by Scott Sutherland, Assistant Attorney General, Division of Consumer Protection, and Patrick Leger, representative of T.R.I and entered into the Franklin Circuit Court Division I, Civil Action 19.
