Government Actions
On May 13, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's application for a residential roofer license would be denied under Minn. Stat. 326B.095, 326B.805, subs. 1 and 3, and 326B.84 (1)(14) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to only transact residential roofing business under their licensed name, promptly respond and provide complete and truthful answers to DLI and their qualifying builder, Benjamin R. W. Briard must remain law abiding and comply with the sentencing guidelines associated with a Hubbard (MN) County court case. The business shall also notify DLI within 15 days if found to be a judgement debtor and if any civil judgements are entered against them, the business shall appeal or satisfy them within 30 days. The business shall also pay $2000.00 of a $7500.00 penalty with the balance stayed, as long as they comply with the terms of the Order.
