On february 24, 2020, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed or offered to perform the services of an electrical contractors without being licensed in violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.33 (2018). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from offering to perform or performing electrical work in Minnesota until appropiate licenses are achieved.
