Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b) (8) and 326B.36, subd. 4 (a) (c) (2018) and Minn. R. 3801-3770, subp. 1 and 2 (2019). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure all required permits and requests for electrical inspections are filed at or before work begins and shall comply with all corrections notices within timeframe stated and call for re-inspection. The business also agreed to notify the inspector within 5 days of the completion or work and no customers shall occupy the residence or commercial space until electrical work has passed the final inspection.
