Additional Information for Fantasy Toyss

Based on information provided by complainants, BBB is advising the
public this entity and its website are fraudulent. A complainant
reported they placed an order on Fantasy Toyss' website, for a Mattel
product, because the prices were so low. The complainant says they never
received their product. When the consumer contacted Fed Ex - after
noticing their order had shipped but was never delivered to their
address - they were told Mattel had reported the merchandise stolen, as
it had been paid for with a stolen credit card. The consumer says Mattel
later informed them this is a 'triangle scam' wherein shady website
operators collect credit card information by offering toys/products at
low prices. They then take credit card information collected previously,
to fulfill the order, by ordering merchandise directly from the toy
manufacturer. However, manufacturers are catching on to this scheme and
halting shipments. Customers who not only don't receive merchandise they ordered then have to worry about their credit card information being
misused. If you've had dealings with Fantasy Toyss, alert your bank and
credit card provider and report the issue as fraud to the FTC (www.ftc.gov) and at www.ic3.gov.
