According to information provided by consumers, 'Mason Health Store' (masonshealthstore.com) and 'Williams Health Store' (williamshealthstore.com) are online health product retailers showing neighboring addresses (an apartment building, a restaurant) in Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood. Complaints describe placing an order, receiving items of poor quality (e.g., "mini CPAP" device), then being unable to reach the business by phone or e-mail to return / exchange. As of 12/21/22, six BBB complaints sent to the businesses have gone unanswered. BBB notes that there is no business by either name registered with the MN Secretary of State as a business.
