Refund and Exchange Policy

Toreturn any item/s you purchase from us, simply return the item for a credit,replacement or refund within 30 days of original receipt. All returns require a receipt.  Refunds will be given in the same form of currencyused for the purchase.

When returning equipment & accessories, items must be in thesame condition when purchased and returned in its original packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee for opened items, unless defective.

We reserve the right to deny credit, replacement or refund on anyitem not returned in original condition and/or original packaging.

BridgePointGuarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with any BridgePointchemical, simply bring the rest of it back within 30 days oforiginal receipt for a full refund.

Special Order Returns: Are subject to a 20%restocking fee plus freight.
When placing a special order please insure your order is accurate. All special orders are paid in full when placed. Take the time to look it over.

Freeze/Thaw Instability:
Thefollowing chemicals are NOT freeze/thaw stable, this means that they will beruined if allowed to freeze: Teflon Advanced for Wool, Precedent, BridgePointWood Finish (matte and semi-gloss), Clear Grout Sealer and its Color Additives.
Since Barker-Hammer Assoc, Inc. has nocontrol of how each carrier cares for its freight, we cannot be responsible forchemicals that are frozen during shipment. Between the months of October and May,order the chemicals listed above at your own risk. All other chemicals arefreeze/thaw stable.

Service/Parts:
All parts are subject toManufacturer’s terms for warranty, we do not compensate for loss of time orprofit if a product needs warranty consideration. Credit refunds will beapplied received by vendor.
