On August 19, 2021, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn.Stat. 326B.33, subd. 12 (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure at all times, the Responsible License Individual for the business shall be an owner, officer or managing employee actively involved in performing electrical work on behalf of the business and all employees are properly licensed or registered and supervised. The business shall also ensure that all permits and requests for inspections are obtained before performing any electrical work in Minnesota.
