          On 4/23/24, BBB learned of the sudden closure of Circle B Weddings via consumer complaints and local media coverage. Consumers describe entering into a contract with the venue, paying thousands of dollars to reserve a date, then receiving an e-mail from venue representatives on 4/21/24 indicating "Circle B Wedding and Events Venue will be closing effective immediately." The e-mail provides no information about possible refunds, adding "Nobody is available to take calls or emails." Though the venue seems to indicate it will not be responding to e-mails, BBB will continue to seek response from the business to any complaints submitted via BBB, following our normal procedures. Given the likelihood the business will not respond through BBB's voluntary dispute resolution process, impacted clients may also wish to contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, or seek legal representation. BBB encourages impacted clients to review carefully the terms and conditions of their contracts with Circle B Weddings for other possible remedies.
