            MN Dept. of Labor and Industry

            On May 7, 2019 the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Dept. of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business filed an application for licensure which contained a statement that is false or misleading, failed to notify the Commissioner within 15 days of becoming a judgement debtor, demonstrated financial irresponsibility by failing to satisfy or appeal judgements entered against them, failed to comply with a request for information by the Commissioner and failed to maintain a policy of general liability insurance. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to revocation of their residential building contractor's license and the business and Mr. Morrissey, individually and/or doing business under any other name, shall cease and desist for acting as a residential building contractor, residential remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to this link.
