Minnesota Dept. of Commerce Consent Order
On January 30, 2020, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business conducted real estate business under a name and on behalf of an unlicensed real estate brokerage and not in the name of the brokerage to whom he was licensed in violation of Minn. Stat. 82.68, subd. 1 (2018). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay a civil penalty of $4000, and cease and desist from violating any laws, rules or orders of the Dept. of Commerce under Minn. Stat. 45 and 82. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to this link.
