- Additional Info:On December 17, 2007 Minnesota Catastrophe Claim Center entered into a Conset Order # BC2704465/CRD With the Department of labor & Industry based on submitting a license application which contained false or misleading statements. The license for residential building contractor was granted and company was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2000.00, which shal be stayed for three years on the condition that the company engage in any activity that violates any law or rule within the Commissioners authority. After three years the penalty shall be vacated.
