  Every Spectrum Illumination, Inc. product is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Standard products purchased on or after September 1, 2013 (excluding wash down light heads) are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of SIX YEARS from the original date of purchase. Should a defect develop during this period, return the complete product, freight prepaid, to one of Spectrum Illumination's distributors. The distributor will need to call for an RMA for repair before returning the product to Spectrum Illumination, Inc. Spectrum Illumination, Inc. will inspect the unit, and if a defect is found will, at our option, repair or replace the product without charge. Spectrum Illumination, Inc. disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "merchantability" and "fitness for a specific purpose."
  
  Wash down light heads and standard products purchased before September 1, 2013 are covered for a period of THREE YEARS from the original date of purchase. Wash down light heads are enclosed in stainless steel enclosures that do not dissipate heat away from the LED's as well as standard products. All requirements for return are stipulated in the previous paragraph.
  
  Spectrum Illumination, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the unauthorized or inappropriate use of our products. Products that include a driver will not be covered under this warranty if the driver was not used. Spectrum Illumination, Inc. will not cover products that have been determined to have run on third party strobe or LED controllers.
  
  NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  In no event shall Spectrum Illumination, Inc. be liable for consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from the sale or use of products.
