On January 10, 2022 the Michigan Attorney General's Office reached an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance with Jon Furdek, owner of Planetary Toys and Treasure Trove Toys. As part of this agreement Furdek agrees to provide refunds to all customers who filed complaints with the BBB. He will stop selling toys and collectibles online for 5 years, only operate businesses under names properly registered with the State of Michigan; and pay the State of Michigan $1,000 to compensate for investigation costs. Furdek agreed to these measures without admitting wrongdoing.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.
When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
