          On October 11, 2018, the Department of Insurance And Financial Services issued and Entered a Final Decision for Allegiance Insurance Agency CXXV LLC alleging that the company failed to register an individual licensed producer to serve as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) for the agency.

          In the Final Decision, the Allegiance Insurance Agency CXXV, LLC was ordered to: Cease and desist from violating the Michigan Insurance Code.  Immediately cease and desist from engaging in the business of insurance.  Pursuant to MCL 500.1205(2)(b), MCL 500.1239(1)(h), and MCL 500.1244(1)(d), Allegiance Insurance Agency CXXV, LLC's insurance producer license (System ID No.0083734) is Revoked.
