In March 2024, BBB investigated Profexo Inc.’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer complaints and Scam Tracker reports indicating last-minute increase in shipping cost. One consumer told BBB, “Price was $580.00 each way total $1160.00. I have numerous texts about the low price….Two days before car shipping he calls. Can’t ship for that price it’s going to be over $1200.00 one way.”
BBB requested background information, including its physical location, any assumed names, and applicable licensing or registrations. To date, BBB has received no response to our requests.
