          In November 2019, BBB investigated Truman Advisors business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries. BBB attempted to reach out to the company via certified mail, telephone, and email and requested the company clarify the nature of its business, but BBB received no response. Certified mail BBB sent to PO Box 7285, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302 (the only contact address listed on the website - www.trumanadvisors.com) was returned by the US Postal Service as “Undeliverable – Moved, Left No Address”. BBB does not know where the business is physically located. BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Truman Advisors.
