Michigan's Attorney General announced Robert Morley was ordered to pay back an additional $580,000 to the victim's heirs through a restitution order. To date, Morley has paid $120,000 towards previous court orders. Morley was sentenced to four to 20 years imprisonment and has served over 454 days so far. UPDATE: (8/22/2019)

Michigan's Attorney General announced Robert Morley has pleaded no contest to one felony count of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise. Morley was charged with stealing over $700,000 from an elderly couple. This discovery came to when the trustee and heirs attempted to secure the couple entrusted life's saving monies after the couple passed away. To date, Morley has paid $120,000 towards restitution with a remaining portion of $580,000 that will be distributed among the victims' heirs. BBB reports on known significant government actions involving business' marketplace conduct.

On January 23, 2019 the business entered into an order with the State of Michigan's Department of Insurance and Financial Services. The order settles allegations that the business used dishonest practices and demonstrated incompetence, untrustworthy and financial irresponsibility in conducting business in selling unregistered securities in the form of investment contracts to their clients. Under the terms of the order, Robert B. Morley Jr. and Creative Wealth Strategies shall cease and desist the following:

  • Violating the code.
  • Engaging in the business of insurance.
  • Resident insurance producer licenses are revoked.
