Returned items must meet the following requirements:

Item(s) must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

Item(s) must be accompanied with a return form, filled and signed.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and gifts.

Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(s) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without the same shielding cardboard box issued earlier, we will not be able to accept the return.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Steven Wick

If you have requested a full refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days).
