Consumers are alleging that they received their purchases in a different size than originally ordered, and in some cases an entirely different product was delivered. After not being able to discuss this complaint to Leatherstand, Consumers have also alleged, requesting a refund from the business, but have not received. Consumer s have also alleged that when they have reached out to the business, they have not received any communication in return.

On 7/3/2023 BBB initiated an investigation into Leather Stand to research the numerous unanswered complaints concerning refund/exchange and customer service issues. These complaints allege consumers did not receive products they paid for or experienced excessive delays, thereby prompting consumers to request a refund per policy advertised on the website.
As of 8/2/23, Leather
Stand has not responded to BBB’s communications.
BBB has not been
able to locate the business’ corporate registration.
BBB has not been
able to confirm the business’ licensing or a valid complaint handler.
