          In July, 2024 BBB investigated Imperial Masonry & Roofing’s business practices.  This investigation was prompted by a consumer complaint. 
          On July 25, 2024 BBB confirmed that the address the business is using is that of a mail forwarding/receiving service.  BBB does not know where the business is physically located.  BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.
          On July 26, 2024 BBB checked the website https://imperialmasonryandroofing.com/ to determine when it was created and where it was registered.  The website was created 8 months ago, and the registrant information indicates they are registered in Lithuania.  The website uses stock photos and photos that appear to have been taken from other websites. 
          Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Imperial Masonry & Roofing.
