Commonwealth of Massachusetts vs Union Home Health Care Services
On November 17, 2023, Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s Office announced that Union Home Health Care Services, LLC and its managers were indicted by a Worcester County Grand Jury for allegedly receiving more than $1.6 million from defrauding the state’s Medicaid program (MassHealth). The AG’s Office alleges that Union, as well as its former manager, used fraudulent nursing assessments and forms to sign up MassHealth members and bill MassHealth for services not authorized and never rendered.
