- The business states Discount Tire Zone will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are returning merchandise, please submit a CONTACT FORM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will not accept product returns without an RMA. We will NOT under any circumstances accept returns of used products (tires which have been mounted). For all returns (unless the product is defective, or the order is incorrect due to an error on the part of Discount Tire Zone) the purchaser will pay all postage and shipping. In addition, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 10% of the original purchase price (effective 3/9/2008).
When submitting a contact form to obtain an RMA, please include the following information:

Date order placed
Order number
Product names and quantities being returned
Reason for return
