          On 01/02/2019 BBB wrote to BBL Home Improvement, LLC and asked the business to substantiate the following advertising claims: Use of EPA "Lead Safe" logo on the company website when the EPA does not certify in the state of Massachusetts. Claim of : DCAMM when not listed on the state site. Use of NMSDC logo and use of logo for Building Trades Association when not found to be members and use of the OSHA logo and claim of "30 hour certified". BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising regarding Basic principles of the Code. As of 3/1/19  the business has failed to respond to BBB.
