If you care about the safety and well-being of yourself and the ones you care about, then DO NOT EVER USE AGERO/SWOOP. I have been called by them numerous times, with them insisting on giving me personal information of people and where they are stranded.Keep in mind, I am not a towing company, for all intents and purposes, I am a random stranger, and I have notified them of this each and every time they call me... At 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m.... all hours of the day and night... They don't care that I am not a roadside service. But they do seem to absolutely insist on giving me your personal information in the middle of the night. Regardless of their knowledge that I am not a towing company.This information could be used by any malicious person for not so stand-up reasons. They put your safety at risk.This is not a company to be trusted, EVER! Besides, there are cheaper, better, roadside services out there.... More importantly, the other roadside services will keep your information between you and an actual roadside service company.... And not give your information to RANDOM STRANGERS that happen to be nearby you.That pretty much sums it up, if you care about your safety, and the safety of other people who would be on your roadside service plan, then the one company you will not use, is this one.

Absolutely horrific customer service. They disconnect calls, can never find towing in your area, the towers they use take hours, Agero doesnt follow up and doesnt pay reimbursement in timely manners. Horrible company!

Poor service...asked for a tow truck at 3pm its now 8pm and no one has yet to show up..I'm ********************************* the dark.. I've called over 15x and they keep putting the tow on hold. I'm so embarrassed to even tell anyone that Nationwide uses this company for their towing service

They are the worse, poorest thing related to roadside assistance??USAA needs to sever ties, contracts, business with them. They are costing **************** unnecessary money across the board. It took a freaking week for them to show up to tow my car, then it was towed to the wrong place?? That clearly showed the lacking, idiocy and then some on Ageros part I just dont have the energy or time to continue with their stupidity it certainly not worth it. Use any other roadside assistance but Agero the clown idiots??Have a great day ??*****************************

I would give negative stars if I could! This review is for Ageros lack of service. My car was in an accident. It was towed it from the site. The car would be stored at a tow yard until picked up by the contracted tow truck sent by the insurance company or whichever company they have contracted with to perform that service. In this case that company was Agero. Agero never sent a truck to get my car. After 13 days(!!!) the tow yard themselves took action to get the releases and tow my car to the collision shop. Agero spent 13 days (!) pointing the finger at the tow yard stating it was their fault that the car was still not towed, yet NOT ONCE did they send a tow truck out to pick up my car!Lack of service coupled with refusal of accountability. This company should not be in business. I will be doing everything in my power to end their contract with the insurance company.

This company deserves 0 stars and should no longer be in business. They were supposed to tow my car from a tow yard to a collision center approximately 15 minutes away. After a couple days went by we heard nothing from the company and come to find out they abandoned my car on the side of the road for days. I was notified by police about my car and without them my car would still be abandoned thanks to Agero. Both Agero and the insurance had no idea where my car was and had totally forgotten about it and left it unaccounted. After reading other reviews it is apparent this company is well known for being a disappointment and does not deserve to be in business.
