          Massachusetts Attorney General vs. Andres Pichardo

          The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

          On 3/21/2017 the Massachusetts Attorney General's office announced that Andres Pichardo, owner of Moreno Auto Repair in Lawrence, pleaded guilty to three counts of disposing hazardous waste in a manner endangering the environment, and without a license.  He was sentenced to five years of probation and 100 hours of community service and ordered him to pay $5,000 to the Massachusetts Natural Resource Damages Trust.
