The ad included text "100% Money Back Guarantee" and "100% satisfaction guarantee". According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the sellers or manufacturers should only advertise that a product or service is guaranteed only if the seller or manufacturer promptly and fully performs its obligations under the guarantee. The advertisers also should only use "satisfaction guarantee," in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request.
