A Sponsorship Agreement was signed in October 2000 between D & B Impact, Fundraisers, and KEZM Sports Radio, Sponsor.According to the agreement, the Sponsor will share in the proceeds as follows: 50% of Profit generated by telephone promotion. The telephone promotion will be conducted by a free-lance Marketing Director referred to Sponsor by Fundraiser. The Marketing Director is compensated based on actual collection, of 50% less his operating cost. According to documents received in the BBB offices in November 2002 from the Secretary of State, the Thanksgiving Community Fund is not a non-profit organization.The BBB has processed one complaint in the lasat 36 months. It concerned Fundraising Practices and was closed as resolved.
