Sea-Go guarantees live or boiled seafood for only 1 hour because seafood has to have the proper care or it will die or spoil. 10% lost to a sack of live crawfish is to be expected.The business advises customers that in really hot weather, live crawfish should be iced down, kept cool (50 degrees) and wet or they will start dying. The same is true for live crabs and fresh shrimp. All boiled product for sale is boiled fresh every half hour for crawfish, and every hour for shrimp and crabs.The business warns customers not to leave their seafood in the plastic bags for more than 30 minutes, or it will overcook, sour or spoil.
