          In September, 2019 BBB attempted to contact Body Boutique, LLC seeking substantiation for the following claims on their website:

          "100% Lowest Prices; You Won't Find Lower Prices on Beauty Products!" and "As seen on The Wall Street Journal, NBC, Los Angeles Times, Good Morning America, USA Today, CNN, Today, Forbes, TechCrunch, ABC, and The New York Times."

          These types of claims are addressed in the Code of Advertising sections for lowest prices and underselling claims, and testimonials and endorsements, respectively. 

          As of September 17, 2019 the claims remain on the website.

          Pattern of Complaint

          BBB files for this business indicate a pattern of complaints concerning delivery issues. Consumer complaints allege not receiving products ordered between one and three months prior to the time of complaint. The business's website indicates orders are packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days, and should arrive within 10-20 business days after shipping, but any order not received within 30 business days will be reshipped Express mail at no cost to the customer. However complaints indicate attempts to contact the business regarding this policy are unsuccessful. BBB reached out to the business in September, 2019 to address these issues and received the following response in November, 2019:
