Dean Dorton Allen Ford was created in 2011 by the combination of two Kentucky accounting firms – Dean Dorton Ford and Cotton + Allen. Cotton + Allen was established in 1949 and was continously affiliated with the Better Business Bureau since 1950. Dean Dorton Ford was incorporated in 1981 and based in Lexington. The two firms merged in September 2010 to form Dean Dorton Allen Ford PLLC.
