          “CONSUMER ALERT: The BBB has determined that a pattern of complaints exists involving this business due to delays to provide goods and services for which they have received down payment. Since April of 2018 the total of complaints alleging this pattern numbers 8, of which 3 have been closed as UNRESOLVED   In addition, customers state requests for refunds were allegedly ignored and routinely refused. Customers were unable to receive a definite date when work would start or get their money refunded.”
