Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo
On March 11, 2022, the business’ marketing materials include the Accredited Business logo and seals. On June 6, 2022, the business agreed to remove the logo from it's website and marketing materials. However, as of October 6, 2022 it does not appear that the business has removed the Accredited Business logo from it's website. This business location is not accredited by this BBB and our policies prohibit such a reference.
This business has a history of violating BBB’s name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation (or membership) or referenced BBB’s name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB’s efforts to get the business to cease using BBB’s trademark. This use of BBB’s trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
