The business Martin’s Exotic Birds was reported to BBB on 2/26/2024. A consumer paid for two finch birds, then additional money was required in conjunction with an alleged shipping company. The consumer said he was required to pay through PayPal Friends and Family and by GBP currency (British pound sterling), the official currency of the United Kingdom. Each time he paid, the business required more fees. No birds were received, and the seller refused to refund the money.
