Business Alert
On November 20, 2020, consumers informed BBB that they paid for their product, then this company allegedly used a fake package tracking system which indicated the purchase was delivered when no package had been received. BBB found that their website, https://brevillecenter.com/, was created on November 7, 2020, and the advertised phone number is disconnected. In addition, BBB verified that the business email found on their website is undeliverable. BBB confirmed that the Great Bend, Kansas address stated on their website is actually a local retail store which is unaffiliated with this bogus entity. The website created by this business is not the same as the Breville headquarters location. The actual physical address of the bogus entity is unknown.
