In April 2021, BBB investigated Gummies of Life (also doing business as TheNutraStop) practices. This investigation was prompted by Scam Tracker reports received by the BBB. Consumers report purchasing products from the business, not receiving said products, and when consumers reach out they encountered no response from the business. After purchasing the product, the consumer never sees any additional information on shipping, where their product is or if and when the product will arrive. According to consumers, they either never receive their product after months of waiting. As of May 3rd, 2021 BBB, has not received any response from Gummies of Life also doing business as TheNutraStop. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cautions consumers from doing business with this organization at this time.
