  Returns: Boxed/unopened trampolines can be returned for a full refund for 90 days from the date of pickup or delivery. Delivery fees are not refundable and pick up charges will apply for Recreation Unlimited to pick up a return trampoline. Unboxed trampolines are not refundable.
  Cancellations: By 5pm on the day before the scheduled installation for a full refund.

  Payment: 100% at the time of order to be put on the schedule or picked up.
  Return: Boxed/unopened sets can be returned for a full refund for 90 days. Delivery fees are not refundable and pick up charges will apply for Recreation Unlimited to pick up a return playset. Unboxed or installed playsets are not refundable.
  Cancellations: By 5pm on the day before the scheduled installation for a full refund.
  Redwood: All redwood products are special order and are therefore non-refundable.

  Cancellations: By 5pm on the day before the scheduled installation for a full refund on an in-stock tub. For custom orders, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if you choose to cancel for any reason, as this tub has been ordered specially for your specifications.

  Online Orders (Recreation Unlimited Online)
  *You may cancel your order for a full refund the day before it is shipped. Please be aware that orders can be shipped as early as the following business day.
  *Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  *The merchandise returned must be unused, uninstalled and in the original shipping boxes and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, used merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.
  *The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees and any shipping fees incurred by Recreation Unlimited for the initial shipment to the customer. We cannot accept collect shipments. Free shipping only applies when the customer keeps the merchandise.
  *Once the merchandise is received and inspected to be in the original packaging and in new unused condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
