Mr. O’Brien is not an employee of Quality Built Pergolas but, he is acting as such. He is approaching customers via various marketing and social media channels in an attempt to receive funds as a deposit for jobs that are not started and are not completed. Mr. O'Brien is initiating projects without the knowledge of Quality Built Pergolas.
Mr. McSwain is trying to ensure his potential customers are aware of Mr. O’Brien and highly suggests not doing any business with him. Mr. McSwain is currently working on this issue.
