            BBB has received several reports from consumers alleging that All Steel Carports, Inc. may have been purchased by Northedge Steel, LLC. or entered into an agreement with Northedge Steel, LLC to fulfill orders originally placed with All Steel Carports, Inc. On April 28, 2021, BBB requested that both companies respond to these reports and clarify the relationship between the two entities. Although BBB did receive a response, neither party chose to clarify the relationship. As of June 3, 2021, BBB is unsure of the exact relationship between the two companies.
