Shame and shame in your informational I bought new 2021 pinnacle the one with 2 bathroom. From ****** ****** on ******* *** *** ***** Nevada after 2 weeks I ******* ,CALIFORNIA I open the slid the top and left side frame field than after 2 stopped at rv resort the rear 2 window blend field because heavy weights and stupid little soft holders and front bedroom slide bedroom door field because is very very heavy door .I look too the wood frame inside next to door entrance I saw is 4 small wood glue in 4 or 5 different places and 15 or 20 paper staplers nothing else. And from first stop it was leaking behind refrigerator from fresh water connection.

In August of 2020 my husband and I purchased a Jayco Eagle RSTS 321 . In May of 2021 we noticed bubbles in the fiberglass and defects on the interior wall above the entry door. At that time we had already planned our summer vacations so we made an appointment with our dealer service department in October 2021 after our trips were completed. Jayco denied the repairs under the warranty stating the roof was not properly maintained by the owners. The defect in the roof is clearly a manufacture issue and the owner should not be held accountable at all. I even escalated the problem to the administration and administration also denied to fix the exterior bubbles and interior wall above and side of the door. Jayco certainly does not stand behind their two year warranty when the issues are directly related to a manufacture problem. By making the roof inspection frequency so small Jayco can use this as a way to get out of fixing the problem.By reading all the reviews no wonder Jayco's rating is only a 1 Jayco doesn't stand by their product. I wish I would of read the reviews before my husband and I purchased this fifth wheel!Jayco, Inc. Response

9 months old had a fire from gas regulator that was recalled 2 months after our fire. Jayco did absolutely nothing under the warranty to fix our trailer. Having a 2 year warranty it being 9 months old. Jayco passed the buc to my insurance company. Now after 7 months we are getting our trailer backJayco, Inc. Response
