          Axios Consulting Group, LLC ("Axios") may be affiliated with Omni Ellis, LLC, a company with an active pattern of complaint on file with BBB. To view the details of Omni Ellis, LLC's pattern of complaint, please visit their BBB Business Profile, here . On June 11th, 2021, BBB requested that Axios respond to allegations that the company was affiliated with Omni Ellis, LLC. Specifically, BBB requested that the company provide an explanation as to why Omni Ellis, LLC appeared in Axios's consumer contracts. On June 24, 2021, the company denied any association with Omni Ellis, LLC, and claimed that their inclusion in Axios contracts was an error. In July of 2021, BBB was contacted by individuals claiming to be former employees of Omni Ellis, LLC. These individuals provided BBB with copies of Axios contracts, as well as materials that suggested the two companies may be affiliated. On July 1, 2021, BBB requested that the company respond to these allegations. As of July 28, 2021, Axios has not responded to BBB requests.
