In March 2021 BBB investigated Johnson and Johnson Parrot’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by Scam Tracker reports received by the BBB. Consumers report purchasing a parrot from the business, being asked to send the owner money via a money exchange application in order to deliver the product. After sending their funds, the consumer never sees any additional information on shipping, where their product is or when/if their parrot will arrive. According to consumers, they never receive their parrot. As of April 12th, 2021 BBB, has not received any response from Johnson and Johnson Parrots. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cautions consumers from doing business with this organization at this time.
