Refund and Exchange Policy
  • PEGASUS AV Products does not sell on approval or provide a free trialperiod. Any returns or exchanges will occur in accordance with PEGASUS’sreturn policy. Before you attempt to return your Product, you mustcontact PEGASUS directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA),which return approvals stand solely in the discretion of PEGASUS. TheRMA is to accompany the return. You must return Product in its originalor comparable packaging. You are RESPONSIBLE for risk of loss, andshipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. PEGASUSwill not accept returns for opened and/or used Product unless they aredefective and you reported them as defective within 48 hours of receipt.In which case, PEGASUS will make an exchange. PEGASUS, at its solediscretion, may apply a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee to allreturns. You must ship approved returned packages with a RMA with in 7days to the designated address. If you fail to follow PEGASUS’s returnor exchange instructions, PEGASUS is not responsible whatsoever forProduct that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed fordisposal or resale. Per the discretion of PEGASUS, you will receive arefund of the approved, return item's amount you paid; however, PEGASUSmay credit partial returns less than invoice due to bundled orpromotional pricing.

    Buyer may not refuse shipment without prior approval and a cancellationnumber or there will be a 25% restocking fee. Buyer canceling an orderprior to shipping must obtain a cancellation number or a 25% restockingfee will apply. Buyer may return defective merchandise for exchange, toPEGASUS Audio Visual Products, Inc.,within thirty (30) days of receipt,provided Buyer obtains a RMA NUMBER from Pegasus Audio Visual Products,Inc., prior to returning goods.ALL Products that proven to have been opened and or used, will not betaken back (no exceptions) unless they are defective and they arereported as defective within 48 hours of receipt. They can be returnedwith an RMA.

    REFUSAL of shipment.
    If a customer refuses an order that were to be delivered to them withouta valid reason, then the customer will be responsible for both theshipping cost to send the initial order to them (customer) and theshipping costs incurred by Pegasus Whiteboards to have the whiteboardpackage(s) shipped back (returned) to our warehouse and we will alsocharge a 25% Handling Fee to cover the additional costs of processing ofthe refuse order.

    Warranties.
    We guarantee all products will ship free from defects in material andworkmanship. If any product fails to perform under normal use, PegasusWhiteboards Products will replace it.This warranty does not cover damage resulting for installation or anymodification to the product by the customer.Whiteboard surfaces are guaranteed for varying terms depending onsurface materials.

    Limitation of Liability
    Seller’s maximum cumulative liability to buyer shall not exceed themonetary amount of the purchase price of the goods claimed to bedefective. Buyer is not entitled to consequential or special damages.

    SHIPPING POLICY
    You will be able to view the TOTAL shipping cost of your order beforethe order is complete. Shipping and Handling charges provided at thecheckout shipping calculator ("estimate shipping for this order") arethe final shipping and handling cost to be charged for your order. Thereare no hidden shipping charges.

    The prepaid shipping fee paid is to the consignee loading docks or curbside ONLY. The trucking company is only responsible for taking thefreight to the back of their truck. It is your responsibility to takethe freight into the building or home.

    We deliver to: Universities, Colleges, Schools, Churches, Government offices, Business, Home Offices, residential customers etc.


    Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; and Risk of Loss. Shippingis an additional charge unless PEGASUS expressly agrees and indicates attime of sales. Loss or damage to the Product that occurs duringshipping by a PEGASUS chosen courier is the responsibility of PEGASUSwhen reported to PEGASUS within 48 hours. Loss or damage to the Productthat occurs during shipping by a courier you selected is yourresponsibility. PEGASUS is not liable for packages left at therecipient’s address. IF YOU FAIL TO INFORM PEGASUS ABOUT THE DAMAGEDPRODUCT WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRODUCT.You must claim any tax exemption and provide documentation at time ofsale. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for all taxes andduties associated with the orders. Shipping dates are estimates only.
