          On 08/24/20, BBB Contacted the company regarding positive reviews posted on a third party web site that the BBB had been unable to verify.  On 08/24 The company responded stating that they believe they have 800 to 1,000 customer reviews across all web platforms and it would be impossible to verify them. On 08/24/20, BBB replied to the company requesting any written policy in place for employees seeking customer reviews and a written commitment to spot check third party review sites for verification and validation purposes. On 09/22/2020 Auto Mall submitted a copy of their company policy regarding customer review solicitation by employees and to review and verify 20 customer reviews per month.
