Pattern of Complaints
In February 2017, BBB contacted the company about a pattern of complaints. Complaints allege the company fails to respond to the customer after several attempts to reach the company regarding the deliverables outlined in a contract or that the company did not follow through on items listed in the contract. Complaints also allege that the consumer has paid anywhere from three to five thousand dollars for services (in full), however the company has not fulfilled the contract. Specifically, complainants claim that even after an unreasonable delay the company has failed to deliver albums and other printed products. Additionally, there is a pattern of complaints that the company has not responded to. BBB did not receive a response to this letter.
