If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible customer service, it's a joke. They didn't show up for our last two scheduled services and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to an actual human being.Review from Goin P

I see I'm only one of almost 100 that have given this failed service a 1 star. I have certified mailed my cancelation notice like they say you need to and still they send me a statement and **** my Amex. I am disputing the charges. Shred it didn't pickup for two months. Shredding services is a revenue line for my store and my tubs were full. I would call, no one would answer, or after leaving several messages know one returns a call. A truck showed up in Sept after I gave them a cancelation notice via certified mail. I handed the driver a copy of the notice and said we have already hired a new shredding company and they have shredded our back log. Take the tubs with you. the driver went to his truck made a cell phone call then left.. October they showed up again wanting to pickup. I handed him the same info showing i canceled in Aug 21. This guy did pick up the tubs. then I received a **** in the mail. I made copies of the .......Im contesting the charges again....what's stupid is the BBB system doesn't take 100 comments with a standard reply from Shred it and one star consumer rating and this gives this scam business an A+ rating.....oh to be woke..BBB ********************** THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED A+Years in Business: *********************************** the calculation of BBB Rating Overview of BBB Rating
