          In October 2024, the BBB investigated MailboxUniverse.com’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a scam tracker request. The details of the scam stated that after making a purchase from the website, the consumer never received the product.

          per the consumer:

          "I ordered a Polywood side table from Mailbox Universe on May 22, 2021, and was charged $00.00 immediately. I still have not received the item, and email and calls go unanswered. I used PayPal and paid by credit card."

          We do not have a viable address found for this location. There is no SOS report for this company. The website is no longer available and they do not have much social media. There is a Facebook page but last active post was in 2016.
