      I have ordered a dyson airwrap on Dec 3rd 2021 from the official website. The order had the delivery date as Tuesday December 7th. I needed it as a gift for a birthday. On December 7th I haven't received it, tried calling support, nobody responded, then I hacked the chat and got agent online. First he told me that the order is packed, then that the company out of airwraps... it was super confusing. No ETA on the shipping, even though the order confirmation promises delivery on Dec 7th.

      Dyson customer service is worse than you can imagine. There is no way to check an order status, customer service literally doesnt answer the phone, live chat doesnt work. I ordered two V11 outsize vacuums a month ago and received the furniture kits, but no vacuums and there is no way to contact dyson to ask when they will be shipped. Seriously, its impossible to reach anyone and no way to check order status. We have several homes and ordered 15 vacuums from them over the years but these will be the last!

      The worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered 2 professional grade supersonic hair dryers, one for my step daughter for Xmas on 11/6. When it was delivered on 11/10, the order was wrong. I only received 1. I called the night of 11/10 to get the issue straightened out and was assured they would send me one right away and the tracking info would be sent in two days. Obviously, that didnt happen. Theyve been feeding me the same crappy line for 4 weeks now We will send your order to priority and your tracking information will be sent tomorrow. Ive even had one guy tell me that he was printing the shipping label while I was on the phone with him, yet here I am, 12/7 waiting from a call back from a supervisor who hung up on me after three mins and said Ill be back in ten mins to let you know and its been over 20 at this point.These people are not accountable. They do not call back when they say they will. They will feed you whatever lie they want to to keep you on the hook and waiting for their nonsense. They do not offer any consolation for their mess **** The supervisor today told me that it was my fault because I waited until peak season to order. I reminded her that 11/6 is not really peak season, they were in stock, and if my order hadnt been messed up the first time, we wouldnt be here right now.This will be the last Dyson product I buy for a really long time. Their products are good but their service is absolute c*** and I wouldnt hate to have to go through any issue with them ever again.

      Dyson sells Supersonic Hairdryers that cause fires and electrical shortages. My Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer doesn't turn off. It shorted a circuit breaker and melted the electrical receptacle. When Dyson was contacted, no communication was established. All I received were automated messages with no direct communication or answer. My product is under 1 year warranty and Dyson refuses to help me because the "replacement part is not in stock." My warranty ends in 18 days and Dyson will not be able to replace my product after it expires. Thank you Dyson for making such a dangerous product for the consumer.

      I have been in contact with Dyson since November 15 about my refurbished vacuum I bought back in May 2021 and received it on June 5th 2021. It has now stopped working. Based on reviews on the warranty and replacement Im worried that Im going to have to wait forever to receive a new replacement. With the holidays coming up how long will I actually have to wait?! I see a pattern of people being told that there are currently none in stock, and getting 3 months extended warranty. Which is exactly what I have been told and offered. At first i was asked for all my info for the vacuum (receipt etc,) so I sent them all of that. Then they said they were going to send me a replacement as soon as I replied back with my address. When I did they responded back to me saying they had none in stock and I would be notified when they were back in stock so I could go and put my order in. I dont even understand why Im going to have to put my own order in. And god only knows when that will actually be. I only had my vacuum for 5 months and it stopped working. My dyson Dc18 Slim Ive had for about 14 years still works and Ive never had any problems with it. My only problem is Ive made it a garage/back patio vacuum since I got my new one so now I have no vacuum for inside the house. I rely on dyson for these things because I have a house with children and pets and we all have different severities of asthma. Vacuuming in my house is absolutely crucial. I dont know how long Ill be waiting but I feel as if I should be getting a little bit of consideration with my replacement as its only been 5 months since I got it.

      ********************** sale service is terrible and unacceptable for such a big company and for spending $599 on a vacuum.Purchased the animal cordless vacuum. The vacuum would stop working after a minute or so. Contacted customer service and tried all their recommendations on what could possibly be the issue (battery) but it wasnt. They tell me I would need a new battery but because Im in Hawaii they cant send it or have any solution. For all Hawaii resident you are just left out on your own, even under warranty. Heard the same problem from other Hawaii resident. Found out with the help of my daughter that the issue was in fact not the battery but the trigger button. The piece on the inside was loose which prevents it from getting the vacuum to turn on/off. This piece is small and looks like it could break easily. From there until today weve been going back in circles with their support team. Every time its a new representative and no one seems to be on the same page or give the wrong information.1) told a replacement of the main body would fix the issue but that the part is out of stock and to contact them after 4-5weeks.2) week 5: contact them and it still out of stock but a notification to my email was set up when the part is back in stock. 3) week 8: at this point its taking too long and my warranty is about to end in 2 months now. They offer to arrange an exchange for a the newer machine because mine is out of stock. I provide them with all the information needed to set up the exchange. Inform them Im leaving for a trip oversea and told to contract them when I get back in the **.4) When I return Im told I was given the wrong information and base on my warranty set to end 2 weeks they will now offer a refurbished machine. But also that they are all out of stock and estimated time of arrival is 3-4weeks.By the time they have it back in stock, if they will ever have them, warranty will be over. I wouldnt be surprised if they tell me theres nothing they can do. Although I wasted 2 months going back and forth with i dont know how many representatives.I read all these other review and are so similar to my issue. From such a big company this is very disappointing and terrible business. 1) **************** needs better organization with one representative handling the same case and not different person each time and wasting time. 2) Have a warehouse to receive our machine for repair instead of taking them and refurbishing amongst all of us. 3) Dont have it available for place you know you wont be able to assist such a Hawaii or partner with a third party.
