If there was a 0 star rating for this review I would have selected it. Restaurant #**** in ******* ***** has one of the worst Managers ever hired, her customer service was HORRIBLE... Her name starts with an A and ends with a X. Ordering our meals we simple asked to have the orders put in separate bags, she said that they put extra bags inside of the other bag so we can separate them ourselves.... there's more and it gets worst but I don't have time....Review from Skip K

McDonald's, Fishinger and Riverside in ***************. 4pm 12/4/21 Was sitting inside and having a coffee, it was quiet, when suddenly a ruckus 10 feet from my table. It was the manager(tall, short hair and thin) come out from behind the counter into the sitting area talking loudly, complaining to his staff (and/or intending me to hear it) about closing the lobby..."I don't care"...."keep'm out"... "lock the door"..."I mean it"..."I don't care"..."I don't want to hear their complaints." This went on for minutes. I sincerely hope ******** Corporate calls me. If this were my franchise, I'd want to know about this. My email address and tel number is correct.Review from Billie Jo K.

Went to Rib Mountain restaurant and was completely disappointed with customer service. It was Saturday morning and was in drive thru at 10:38am and refused to order off the breakfast menu. The drive thru employee stated they were no longer serving breakfast after ****am. Even though their website indicates the they serve breakfast orders in drive thru till 11am.Contacted the Rib Mountain store and spoke with female manager over the phone. The manager was extremely rude and did not care to hear their website was misleading. This manager stated she didnt care and the store had been practicing stop serving breakfast menu at ****am for the last 10 to 15 years. Other similar complaints have been filed and no change has been made. No wonder why the restaurant has a **** rating out of 5.Review from Kim H

I bought a large ice coffee and got it with a ***** in the lid of my coffee smashed I dont see how they didnt notice it when they put the lid on it was literally in the crease of the lid !!Review from Amy J.

If I could give no star I would. Service was horrible. I asked for extra cheese on both of my burritos and the lady that was taking my order, Kept yelling at me saying we can't do that. When I told her there wasn't a problem with adding extra cheese before. She kept telling me no. It was horable customer service. Something needs to be done this took place nov.25 around 9 something am.Review from Kristin G

Went to a local McDonalds in ******* and my 8 yr old son was eating a cinnamon roll and a hard piece of glass like plastic was in the middle cooked in. I would advise you to check where you **** your food and ensure nothing broke off because luckily my son didnt get hurt or choke the day before Thanksgiving.
